Hotel Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for reserving their hotel room at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. Rooms are $96 per night plus taxes and fees. IPWMAN will contribute $50 towards the first room per member agency until the block is full. The balance due for that first room, and any additional rooms, are the responsibility of the member agency, including taxes, fees and incidentals.
Book your hotel room online HERE
If you prefer, you can call the hotel directly (309-664-6446) to reserve rooms. When calling, select option 1 - it will say change an existing reservation, but that is the quickest option to speak with onsite team members. Be sure to say you are with the IPWMAN Conference so your room will be part of our block.
Once the IPWMAN room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton is filled, an overflow block will open at the Eastland Suites in Bloomington. Please call the front desk (309) 662-0000 and provide the Group Code (5971) to ensure you receive the State Rate for lodging. IPWMAN will not contribute to any stays at the Eastland Suites.
