Cook County LEPC/ Illinois EPA/CN Railroad will conduct a TTX on hydrochloric acid by rail. Participation from police, fire, hospitals, school districts, and other public jurisdiction are encouraged to participate in an educational forum on response and recovery from these large-scale incidents.
