IDOT - Land Acquisition Training/1st training=2026-27 7 Hour National USPAP/2nd training=Eminent Domain and Appraisal Issues & Income Property Valuation Techniques

Dear Fellow Appraiser(s),

Are you ready for IDFPR APRROVED  FREE CE classes including the “2026-27 7 HOUR NATIONAL USPAP” to assist in renewing your appraisal license for September 30, 2027? We have them for you!  We are offering these to you for… FREE.  REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. You must purchase your USPAP 2026-27 books direct from The Appraisal Foundation Store Store – The Appraisal Foundation Other than this requirement for you to buy your physical books in advance and have them with you, there is no other pre-requisite.  The 3 books purchased by you in advance (one you should already have) are mandatory to receive credit.

These classes are open and are offered to you for FREE.  Why are we doing these for FREE?  All of our staff Appraisers must take USPAP and this is a great opportunity for you to meet with your peers.  We also want to expose Illinois Appraisers to Eminent Domain and Appraisal Issues and Income Property Valuation Techniques that we previously offered this past summer, again in April.  This will also provide a conduit of information to both our existing appraisers and potential new appraisers about our policies and procedures.  There will be significant information that will be of benefit to all appraisers and will provide insight into Eminent Domain.  If you took the Eminent domain and Appraisal Issues and Income Property Valuation Techniques during the summer of 2025, you are eligible to take them again and you will be able to receive credit for the same classes in a new license renewal period. You do NOT have to be an appraiser to attend these classes.  Anyone is welcome to register and attend.  Purchasing the USPAP books is only required for Appraisers that need to take USPAP as a requirement for their Appraisal License.  If you are not an appraiser, you do not have to purchase the USPAP books, although it is still recommended for you to best be able to follow along for the USPAP class.

We are offering 2026-27 7 HOUR NATIONAL USPAP  which is approved by IDFPR for 7 Hours Continuing Education for Appraisers, EMINENT DOMAIN AND APPRAISAL ISSUES  which is approved by IDFPR for 5 Hours Continuing Education for Appraisers and Income Property Valuation Techniques which is approved by IDFPR for 4 Hours Continuing Education for Appraisers.
